France Plans To Prohibit Cash Payments Over €1,000

France has announced a dramatic tightening of the use of cash. The excuse may be 'war on terror' and other illegal transactions, but the growing minority recognizes the ruse as nothing more than stop gap measures designed to support growing budgetary holes.
