Silver Getting Closer

The paper operation runs as long as fear reigns and the boys' managing short positions can be reduced (chart 1).  Silver will be ready for a trigger event when a concentration signal is generated (chart 2).  I still expect silver to lead the precious metals rally.

We're close, which is why patience must transform to action, likely by the end of March.
